EOPYY - HIR Review
Follow the step-by-step guide below to check your electronic prescriptions and medical referrals in your EOPYY Health Insurance Record (HIR).
Access the insured person's Health Insurance Record (HIR) by clicking HERE. On the page that opens, sign in using either the insured person's TAXISnet credentials or their HIR username and password. If you do not yet have TAXISnet or HIR credentials, you can register for a Health Insurance Record (HIR) online by clicking HERE. |

| Enter the insured person's AMKA (Social Security Number) and click "Login". |

| Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Medical Referrals". |

| The page that opens contains a table listing all electronic medical referrals that have been issued, starting with the most recent. |

| IMPORTANT: To view all columns in the table, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the table and drag it to the right (see below). |

| View a Medical Referral: Locate the referral you wish to review and click the printer icon. The referral will open in a new window in its complete format, where you can review or print it if needed. |

| Execution Verification Code (OTP): The image below shows where you can find the Execution Verification Code (OTP) for each medical referral in the table (highlighted in red). |

| Resend the Execution Verification Code (OTP): If, for any reason, you do not have access to the Execution Verification Code, you can request that a new code be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number registered in the insured person's contact details. |
